CASA PAW

We're the Maddens, a family of four from Northwest England with two very loved dogs, and Casa Paw Dog Home Club and Hotel is our little dream come true.

MJ is 16 and the whole spark behind Casa Paw, this was her idea and what an idea it was! She's got a busy social life but the moment a dog walks in, nothing else matters. Our resident dog whisperer, the dogs get more invites to her bedroom than most people do.

Marianna is 13 and the gentlest soul you'll ever meet. The dogs clocked her straight away as the one with the treats and absolutely no ability to say no to a cute face. Happiest playing in the garden or dressing the dogs up in something daft.

Dave is our main investor and the steady heart of it all. A brilliant dad, a proper dog dad, and a passionate cyclist who we reckon thinks about his bike even when he's standing still.

And I'm Pau, the admin, manager, cleaner, cook and the one the dogs follow everywhere. I spend most of my days with them and wouldn't change it for the world. I've loved dogs my whole life and this little business is proof of that.

Lupita is our 13-year-old French Bulldog and a proper legend. She's beaten every life expectancy going and is still absolutely full of beans, just on her own terms. Thirty minutes of play, three hours of napping, repeat. She's a proper old lady and she knows it, a little grumpy when the mood takes her, but gentle as anything with puppies. Chapo is our 6-year-old Working Cocker and boy does he live up to the name. Patient, loyal, and an absolute gentleman with impeccable manners. He gets rewarded with wonderful walks with his own personal walker and trainer, which suits his confident, energetic nature perfectly. He's also Pau's soft spot, not that she'd admit it too quickly!

This isn't a job to us, it's a commitment that comes straight from the heart. We have the experience, the qualifications, and the reputation to back it up, but more than anything we have 163 families who trusted us and keep coming back. That means everything to us.

We believe every dog thrives with the right balance of love and respect. There's one calm, consistent leader in this house, and through trust we make sure every dog feels safe, secure, and truly at home.

And while your dog is busy being loved and looked after, you can go about your day with complete peace of mind. That's our promise to you. 

Leaving your dog in someone else's care is a big deal, and we never take that lightly. At Casa Paw we've built something we're truly proud of, a warm, licensed home where your dog is safe, loved, and treated like one of our own.

We're fully licensed by Sefton Council, insured, and hold qualifications in Pet First Aid, Canine Health and Behaviour, Pet Psychology and even dog massage. Three years in, we're still learning, still improving, and more committed than ever.
