Meet & Greet
For the safety and privacy of our existing clients, always book before visiting.
Prospective clients will have the chance to come and meet us only via our booking system after filling out our questionnaire, remember we are here to look after your lovely doggies and safety is always first.
We don’t allow any other dogs into the premises until we meet them first. In most cases, we’ll try and arrange a first meeting with no other dog present so you can get the full feel of our lovely home. If we are busy with guests and to respect their privacy we would opt to arrange a video call.
Please give us a call or send us a text to let us know you are on your way. When you arrive, we will ask you to wait so that we can meet you on the drive way-otherwise the dogs will serenade the neighbourhood :)
All dogs must be on leads upon arrival, even for a meet and greet - please make sure your dog is healthy and vaccines up to date.
We will have a 30 min approx meeting with some time to go for a little walk.
After this first meeting, We’ll invite only your dog for a trial to meet our resident dogs, this can take about 2 hours (charge applied). If you are looking for overnight boarding a night trial will be required (charge applied). If all goes well as we always hope it does, we can get diaries out to set up dates and a deposit will need to be paid, and our consent form to be signed out.
Please do not feel offended if it doesn’t workout, it doesn’t mean that something is wrong with your dog or ours, sometimes dogs just don’t match - and that is ok.
We do not accept aggressive dogs, boisterous dogs, dogs with marking, submissive peeing, excitement peeing or incontinence issues, or dogs who are not fully outdoor potty trained.
