Home boarding means your dog stays with us in our home. As a dog-loving family, we all pitch in to give your pet excellent care, a safe environment, and plenty of love. By keeping our numbers small, we can offer personalised services to meet each dog's unique needs.
Yes, they should receive the lepto2/4 and kennel cough vaccines, along with regular treatments for fleas and worms.
Yes, while it may take some time for your furry friend to settle into a new environment, we are dedicated to providing the care and love necessary for them to feel comfortable and happy. Each situation will be assessed individually to ensure the best experience for your dog.
To our new guests, we suggest making your reservation anywhere from 3 to 5 months ahead of time. We have a special familiarisation process that includes a trial night before the mainstay. We accommodate both long and short stays. Our regular guests do get priority for bookings.
Absolutely, we are both licensed and insured. Being licensed is crucial since it's a legal requirement. Any home, business, or kennel that provides dog Boarding and Daycare needs to be assessed and inspected by local officials. Plus, if you're not licensed, your insurance might not even be valid.
Yes, we have a consent form that needs your signature to confirm your agreement. It addresses all potential scenarios while you are away.
Your dog can sleep wherever he prefers in the cosy environment of our home. We’re happy to welcome crate-trained dogs, as well as those who enjoy snoozing on sofas, in bedrooms, or even in our beds.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide dog training services. Although we have the right qualifications to create a special experience, we require that dogs staying with us are already house-trained and can follow basic commands. Since we’re in a residential neighbourhood, we can’t accommodate overly energetic dogs or those that need a lot of physical exercise.
We cannot take big size dogs due to space or breeds under the dangerous dogs act.
There isn't another Casa Paw in the UK. We take pride in being the only one! As a small family-run business located in Southport, we are not affiliated with any franchises.
